Nick Hood, Assistant SPV Manager

With a background in Building Services and Electrical Engineering, Nick has considerable experience in providing the full range of estate management services to large hospitals and schools.

Prior to joining Resolis, Nick was the Estates Manager at Newcastle Hospitals then subsequently North Cumbria University Hospitals where he was involved in managing a wide range of specialist PFI providers, contractors and a direct labour team of around thirty engineers/trades, with an annual budget of over two million pounds.

Although most of his work involved maintenance and the installation of services and equipment, he also has significant experience in the design process and is familiar with the full range of contractor engagement and control arrangements.
