Simon Bree, Finance Manager

Simon is an experienced full ACCA qualified Finance Manager who joined the Resolis team in October 2022 from the Church of Scotland General Trustees.

In his previous role, he was responsible for the budgeting, variance analysis and forecasting for income and expenditure of circa £15m and £750m of assets which included 12,500 acres of land, over 3,000 properties and £170m of investments.

In his spare time, Simon is a season ticket holder at Murrayfield and a big fan of Scottish Rugby Union.
