Chris Kent, Assistant SPV Manager

Chris joined Resolis in January 2024 from Grundon Waste Management, where he was Group Facilities Manager with responsibility for a portfolio of over 30 sites comprising critical environments, offices, material recovery facilities, quarries, vehicle workshops, welding compounds, hazardous chemical disposal, and landfill.

With excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills, Chris will bring a friendly and open-minded approach to our SPV Management team. He is organised, can work alone or as part of a team and can make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.

An experienced FM professional with over 15 years of experience, whilst in the Royal Navy, Chris led and managed teams of up to 28 engineers to conduct warship systems upgrades and major repairs on radar, weapons, and communication systems.
