Pete Chambers, SPV Manager

Pete joined the Resolis team in June 2024 from Infrastructure Managers Limited, where he was Commercial Manager on one of the UK’s earliest PFI projects, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary as it approached hand back to the public sector.

An experienced FM professional, he’s spent over 15 years delivering both Hard and Soft FM services across a broad range of contract forms, including the NPD/Hub, JCT, NEC3/4, GC Works, various standard and pre-standard form PFI project documents, FIDIC suite of contracts and developed bespoke FM services, Minor Works and Subcontractor Agreements.

Experienced in delivering bids from PQQ through to mobilisation and confident leading a team to deliver a first-class solution to challenges raised within client RFPs, Pete has extensive experience working within the PPP/PFI environment, covering PFI, PF2, LIFT, Hub and NPD projects.

A keen cyclist and runner, in his spare time Pete has competed in triathlons and running races across the world. In recent years he’s acted as a Governor for a local Primary school, coached a successful Blind & Visually Impaired Athletics group at the Millennium Stadium in Battersea Park, London, and has worked as a coach to the Edinburgh Running Network.
