Chris Storey, Associate Director: Operations

Chris is a highly experienced Director who can lead, develop, deliver, and operate PPP infrastructure projects, manage divisional businesses, and work with co-investors, debt providers, public sector partners, advisors, main contractors, and supply chains.

Originally from an engineering background, he has led and managed DBFOM infrastructure projects across all the delivery cycles including origination, bidding, financing, construction, operation, and sale of assets. During his time in the sector, he has fulfilled several roles within each project stage including divisional lead, SPV director, sponsor, project, bid, commercial and financial lead.

With an excellent understanding of contract structures for PPP schemes, transaction management, stakeholder management, financial management, whole-life operating costs, and regulatory management, Chris has led several high-profile investment portfolios of PPP infrastructure assets, including responsibilities for Governance, H&SE, financial performance, services performance, contract disputes, variations, and managed services provision.

Joining the Resolis team in April 2024 after a period working as a consultant, Chris has previously held roles as the Head of Infrastructure Investment at John Murphy & Sons and Chief Operating Officer at Hochtief PPP Solutions UK.
