Clair Crawford, Commercial Director

Joining the Resolis team in July 2024, Clair brings a unique skill set for dissecting and managing complex multidisciplinary issues with competing technical, commercial, and legal priorities.

A qualified lawyer with 20 years of experience specialising in major infrastructure and construction projects and disputes, she has detailed knowledge of the full lifecycle of PFI projects from bidding, financial close, construction and FM delivery through to end of term.

Clair has worked across a broad spectrum of sectors, including education, health, energy, transport, blue-light and residential projects. Before joining our Asset Services team, she held several roles across the Balfour Beatty UK Construction Group, her most recent being Head of Commercial for Post Construction.

With a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious construction law together with industry knowledge Clair will help us to drive resolution and generate results.
