Mark Ashby, Senior SPV Manager

Mark joined the Resolis team in August 2024 from SPV management company Pario Ltd, where he was Chief Operating Officer for Consort Healthcare in Birmingham.

With over 15 years working on major PPP/PFI projects, he understands the complexities involved, from overseeing day-to-day operations to ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations.

Analytical, creative, and a practical problem-solver, Mark is an experienced SPV Manager who’s delivered synergy, led innovation and collaborated across major projects in the PPP/PFI arena.

In his spare time, Mark likes to play squash and badminton and supports his local Scout group as treasurer.
