Richard Smithson, Lifecycle Manager

Richard is a passionate and results-driven Lifecycle Manager with a proven track record of success in the FM sector. 

He has consistently demonstrated his ability to oversee complex projects and ensure seamless operations.

With over 20 years of experience, including 11 years working on PFI contracts, Richard has delivered first-class lifecycle management solutions that have optimised asset performance, reduced costs, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Richard joined the Resolis team in August 2024 from Amey, where he was a Principle Lifecycle Manager across 9 secondary and 2 SEN schools on the Barnsley BSF.

In his spare time, Richard likes to spend time with his family, support his local football team, and enjoy live music and snowboarding trips.
