Michelle Fribbens, Assistant SPV Manager

Michelle is an Ops professional with significant experience in stakeholder management, supply chain management, health and safety, sales, and purchasing.

Joining the Resolis SPV team in June 2024 from Robertson Construction, Michelle was a Project Manager & Bid/Business Coordinator across a multi-discipline project portfolio that included schools, leisure centres, and shopping centres.

In her role, she worked closely with local authorities on a number of PFI school projects and was responsible for delivering contract management services, lifecycle management, site inspections, defect reports, evaluating bids, and liaising with the FM to ensure management risk and contractual obligations were met on time and in budget.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys walking, reading, cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family.
