Angela Welsman, Assistant SPV Manager

Angela joined the Resolis team in February 2025 from Vercity, where she served as an Operations Manager for the Bristol BSF Schools project.

With 15 years of experience in PPP/PFI within the education sector, Angela has played a key role in fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

She has worked closely with Local Authorities, FM providers, and SPVs to support the successful maintenance and management of assets, ensuring a dynamic and effective strategic partnership.

Her expertise spans contract variations, SPV management, lifecycle process management, contract compliance, and payment mechanisms. She is also IOSH Managing Safely certified and a trained Mental Health First Aider.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys reading, crocheting, sewing, and helping her son finish his Lego projects. She has also recently taken up learning Japanese.
