Craig Hanton, Handback Manager

Craig joined the Resolis team in April 2025 as a Handback Manager, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in the built environment, with deep technical expertise across lifecycle planning, asset management, FM compliance, and M&E engineering.

With a strong track record in the PFI, PPP, and HUB sectors, Craig has developed and delivered lifecycle strategies for multi-site estates, managed complex asset portfolios, and led technical due diligence on high-value transactions. His experience spans all stages of the project lifecycle—from design and mobilisation to operational delivery and handback.

Known for his commercial acumen and technical rigour, Craig has also played a key role in resolving long-term disputes and optimising asset performance through structured risk and compliance frameworks.

Before joining Resolis, Craig held senior lifecycle and compliance roles at Vercity, BAM FM, ENGIE, and SPIE, and has worked extensively with both public and private sector clients across the UK. His background in mechanical and electrical engineering underpins his hands-on approach to technical and operational challenges.

Craig holds numerous technical certifications and has led high-value projects, including lifecycle modelling of student accommodation portfolios and asset sufficiency reviews with a combined value of over £170 million.

In his spare time, Craig likes to play golf and spend time with his family.
