The real Living Wage is independently calculated based on the cost of living and goes beyond the statutory minimum wage. By becoming accredited, Resolis formally commits to the standards set by the Living Wage Foundation.

Becoming a Living Wage Employer formalises that commitment and places Resolis alongside thousands of organisations across the UK that have chosen to support fair pay.
