Our Wellbeing Committee have designated the week commencing 2nd October as our inaugural Wellbeing Week.
We’ve got a range of things lined up across the week, including a surprise for the team on Monday, a Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, a desk yoga session on Wednesday, an employee engagement on Thursday, and we end the week with a short talk on resilience.
However, the main event of the week is our step challenge, which will kick off on Tuesday 3rd October and will run until Friday 6th October.
We are doing this through the workplace fitness app GoJoe and we’ll be setting off the metaphorical starting pistol at the Lunch & Learn event on Tuesday.
Those participating will have to dig out their hiking boots or running shoes and get set for the off. Let the games begin!
