Aaron Fraser, Lifecycle Manager

Aaron joined Resolis in September 2026 as a Lifecycle Manager within our Asset Services team, based in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.

A qualified civil engineering and construction professional, Aaron brings extensive experience in project delivery, quality management and technical coordination across complex construction and PFI environments. His background combines hands-on technical expertise with strong commercial awareness and experience managing contractors, clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

Before joining Resolis, Aaron worked as a Project Manager at Mitie FM at South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen, where he led remedial fire works and other projects within the operational PFI contract. His responsibilities included managing the programme of works, subcontract costs, quality and traceability, and providing regular progress reporting to the building owners and Trust.

Earlier in his career, Aaron held senior engineering and QA/QC roles with Rayner Rowen Construction and Buckingham Group, including work on the £95m redevelopment of Liverpool FC’s Anfield Road Stand. His responsibilities included quality assurance, temporary works coordination, dimensional control, contractor management, and completing O&M and handover records.

Aaron’s combination of construction, quality, handover, and operational PFI experience gives him a strong understanding of how design and construction decisions influence an asset’s long-term performance and management. This practical perspective complements Resolis’ approach to proactive lifecycle management across its portfolio.

Aaron holds an HND and BEng in Civil Engineering and a Level 7 qualification in Senior Construction Management. He also holds a CSCS Black Card and CITB Temporary Works Coordinator certification and is currently working towards MCIOB and Chartered Membership.

Outside of work, Aaron is a keen golfer, a Liverpool FC fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
