Adrian Godward, Assistant SPV Manager

Adrian joined the Resolis team in April 2023 from Sodexo Student Living where he was Group Manager for DIGS Student Accommodation.

With direct management for 3 Property Managers and indirect line management for up to 30 staff, he was responsible for strategic planning, contract P&L, Health & Safety and contract compliance.

A highly skilled Facilities/Technical Manager, he has over 30 years of diverse experience across a variety of operational and engineering roles.

In his spare time, Adrian likes to go hill walking, reading and travelling in his camper van.
