Adrian Godward, SPV Manager

Adrian joined Resolis in April 2023 from Sodexo Student Living, where he held the role of Group Manager for DIGS Student Accommodation. In this position, he had direct line management responsibility for three Property Managers and indirect responsibility for up to 30 staff, overseeing strategic planning, contract P&L, Health & Safety, and full contract compliance.

A highly skilled Facilities and Technical Manager, Adrian brings over 30 years of broad experience to our SPV team across a wide range of operational and engineering roles. His depth of knowledge and hands-on leadership play a key role in supporting effective service delivery across the portfolio.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys hill walking, reading, and travelling in his camper van.
