Ann Warham, Assistant Lifecycle Manager

Ann joined the Resolis team in April 2024 from EQUANS Serviced Ltd, where she was the Facilities Manager responsible for the Knowsley Schools PFI.

Overseeing and leading daily operations across 4 of the 8 sites, including line managing 11 members of site-based staff, Ann’s primary role was to ensure building repairs, maintenance and services were conducted efficiently and in line with contractual KPIs & SLAs.

As part of our expanding Asset Services team, Ann will take a leading role in overseeing core and additional lifecycle management activities across a wide-ranging portfolio of PFI projects throughout the UK.

While at university, Ann was captain of the women’s rugby union team, applying a proactive and engaging approach to leadership, planning training sessions, player motivation, and performance analysis.
