Charlotte Fordham, SPV Manager

Charlotte joined the Resolis team in October 2024 from Vercity, where she was a PFI General Manager for two healthcare projects in London.

Responsible for operational and commercial management of one acute and one non-acute hospital, Charlotte managed a team of 3 on each, with additional consultancy support for elements outside the MSA.

She has managed significant variations, including the initiation of a lender-approved “wrap-up” of 18 historic/incomplete DOVs into one, and was responsible for a total of £35 million of works in progress across both hospitals.

With a passion for success, Charlotte is an ambitious, motivated, and focused SPV Manager, with experience in managing multiple PFI/PPP SPV/SPCs in the Healthcare, Education, Blue Light and Student Accommodation sectors.

She recently obtained her IOSH Managing Safely and Quadriga Asbestos Awareness.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and switching off from the world on the golf course.
