Dan Earnshaw, Associate Director: Asset Services

Dan joined us in February 2023 from Vercity Consultancy (formerly HCP Social Infrastructure), where he was Associate Director.

With a clear passion for Asset Management, he holds significant experience in Construction, FM and Lifecycle Management across the PPP/PFI sector.

A valuable addition to the Resolis team, Dan will focus on developing our Asset Services portfolio, and his passion for putting clients’ needs first will ensure we provide sector-leading services that position our assets ahead of the curve.
