Emma joined the Resolis team in May 2025, bringing over eight years of experience in customer-facing and managerial roles within the retail sector.
With a strong foundation in team leadership, operations, and administrative processes, she has made a seamless transition into project support, where her organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are already making a positive impact.
Before joining Resolis, Emma worked at The Perfume Shop, where she progressed from Sales Advisor to Store Manager. In her managerial role, she oversaw store operations, staff performance, compliance, data analysis, and payroll, all while maintaining a focus on customer experience and operational excellence.
Emma is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with hands-on experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, scheduling, and data management.
She has demonstrated the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support high-performing work environments. Her adaptable nature, combined with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset, supports her transition into project-based work with confidence and competence.
Emma holds an Extended Diploma in Performing Arts from Gateshead College and is passionate about professional growth and delivering high-quality results in every task she undertakes.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys listening to music and spending time with friends.
