Fraser Dunlop, Assistant SPV Manager

Fraser joined Resolis in December 2024, bringing over 13 years of experience in the PFI, PPP, and NPD sectors across both public and private management roles.

He has a proven track record in managing complex contracts within healthcare and education, with expertise in compliance, performance, and service delivery.

Before joining Resolis, Fraser held senior positions at George Street Asset Management, NHS Lanarkshire, and FES, where he was responsible for contract management, lifecycle delivery, statutory compliance auditing, and stakeholder engagement.

His career highlights include supporting the commissioning and opening of the Edinburgh Royal Hospital for Children & Young People, developing bespoke compliance auditing tools, and leading on contract performance across acute healthcare facilities and community hubs.

Fraser holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management & Valuation Surveying and an FDA in Facilities Management. He is also accredited as a Competent Person in Water Systems (L8), IOSH certified, and holds CDM Regulations 2015 competency.

Outside of work, Fraser’s interests include being on the golf course and spending time with friends & family.
