Gareth Morton, Assistant SPV Manager

Gareth joined the Resolis team in March 2025, bringing with him a solid background in electrical installation and lifecycle project management, complemented by extensive hands-on experience across large-scale commercial and healthcare settings.

Based in Brampton, Gareth has built his career progressing from apprentice electrician to a trusted Lifecycle & Minor Works Co-Ordinator at Mitie, where he managed multi-million-pound projects at a major NHS hospital.

His expertise lies in overseeing lifecycle replacements and minor works from tender through to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and contractual obligations.

Gareth’s detailed knowledge of building fabric, plant systems, and PFI contracts, combined with his pragmatic approach to project management and health & safety, makes him a valuable addition to the team.

Known for his strong communication skills, calm decision-making under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail, Gareth is perfectly placed to support Resolis clients with seamless project coordination and delivery.

In his spare time, Gareth enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Walking and cycling are two of his favourite ways to unwind and stay healthy. Family time is important, whether it’s going on family holidays together or watching my son play football – something I look forward to each week.
