Gillian Hamblin, Legal Counsel

Gillian joined the team in the early days of Resolis and has been instrumental in its start-up taking the lead on legal and corporate governance matters.

She comes from a corporate-commercial legal background, with close to two decades of corporate commercial legal, transactional, regulatory and compliance expertise in Canada, the UAE and the UK.

Her experience spans multi-million dollar cross-jurisdictional activities and assets across a complex stakeholder landscape, both as in-house counsel and in private practice.

She’s a strategic thinker and persuasive negotiator who harmonises legal and commercial needs to provide the Resolis board with an influential leadership presence.
