Hannah Weatherill, Assurance Manager

Hannah joined the Resolis team in October 2025 as an Assurance Manager, bringing a legal background and extensive experience in commercial management and PFI support.

A problem solver at heart, Hannah combines advanced analytical skills with a deep understanding of contractual and compliance frameworks.

Before joining Resolis, she worked at P2G Contract Support LLP, where she provided specialist commercial and contract management support to public and third-sector clients — including complex dispute resolution, payment mechanism advice, and Carbon Energy Fund contract management.

With a First-Class Law degree from the University of Derby and an LLM (Distinction) from the University of Nottingham, Hannah also holds the Bar Professional Training Course qualification from Nottingham Trent University.

Her expertise extends across contract interpretation, energy management, and mediation — all underpinned by a practical, collaborative approach to helping clients meet their obligations and achieve best value.

Hannah’s drive for excellence, combined with her legal insight and commercial acumen, makes her a key part of the Resolis assurance team, ensuring rigour, transparency, and results across every project she supports.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys tabletop games, films and trying new things.
