Heather Siverns, Project Support

Heather is an experienced FM sector professional with certifications in IOSH Managing Safely, PRINCE2, AgilePM and Change Management.

She joined the Resolis Project Support team in April 2023 from Amey Secure Infrastructure in Barnsley where she was FM Manager for the Barnsley Schools PFI.

She is adept at maximising customer satisfaction, operational management, aligning projects with quality standards and customer requirements, assisting in mitigating risk, engaging employees, updating project specifications to ensure compliance, supervising project schedules and reducing process lags.
