Holly Bunning, Assistant SPV Manager

Holly joined the Resolis team in May 2024 from the Vercity Group, where she was the Operations Manager across the London Police PFI projects.

An experienced FM professional, Holly was responsible for the delivery and compliance of all obligations of the project agreement, project finance documents and associated contract documents on behalf of the Project Company.

With significant experience across project delivery, reporting, auditing, performance management, business systems and processes, and quality management, Holly plays a key role in our SPV management team.
