Iain Shaw, SPV Manager

Iain joined Resolis in October 2022 as part of the transfer of the MSA for Forth Valley Royal Hospital from Vercity.

After a 20-year career as a Mechanical Services Designer working for Consulting Engineers, Iain made the move into PPP and now has over 20 years of experience in various levels of delivery including FM Estates Management, Lender’s Technical Adviser and SPV Management. Iain joined the SPV team at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in 2007 just after Financial Close as M&E Project Manager and saw the project into full operation before transferring to the SPV of a 30-school PPP project as Operations Manager

Iain returned to Forth Valley in 2015 as SPV General Manager following a period with Sweett Group.

Iain strongly believes in the building of good relationships at all levels ensuring two-way communication is promoted to the benefit of the project.
