Jade Legard, Lifecycle Manager

Jade is a proactive and dedicated Lifecycle Manager with over four years of experience in lifecycle and defects management across more than 30 complex infrastructure projects, including PFI, PF2, PPP, and MIM contracts. Her portfolio spans Healthcare, Education, Student Accommodation, and Public Sector facilities such as fire stations and CPS sites.

Before joining the Resolis team in April 2025, Jade held progressive roles at WSP, culminating in her most recent position as Principal Lifecycle Consultant. In this role, she led the development of financial close lifecycle models, conducted BREEAM assessments, reviewed contractual obligations, and worked closely with clients and authorities to manage risk, compliance, and long-term asset strategies.

Jade is also an experienced facilitator of lifecycle and defect meetings and has trained and mentored new team members. Her background also includes time with Bouygues Energies & Services as a Lifecycle Administrator at the John Radcliffe Hospital, where she supported the delivery of planned and reactive works and collaborated closely with finance and project management teams.

Jade is known for her structured approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to communicate technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders. She holds a BSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Swansea University and brings strong organisational and analytical skills to every project she undertakes.

In her spare time, Jade enjoys travelling and going on adventures with her partner and dog, as well as attending music festivals and gigs.
