Joe Ashenden, Project Support

Joseph joined the Tunbridge Wells team in September 2025 as Project Support. With experience spanning project coordination, training, communications, and design, he brings a blend of creativity, organisation, and technical expertise to the delivery of complex projects.

Before joining Resolis, Joseph worked at Skanska, where he supported major infrastructure projects, including the preventive maintenance programme for a leading London hospital. His roles ranged from coordinating training and compliance activities to developing digital content systems, always with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and continuous improvement.

An innovative individual with a deep passion for reading books, riding motorcycles, listening to music, exploring art, and experimenting with cooking. Joseph is driven by curiosity and a love for exploring new technologies and digital management systems. Alongside his project work, he continues to pursue photography, producing high-quality imagery across commercial, lifestyle, and construction sectors.

Joseph studied Photography at Falmouth University, where he honed his creative and technical skills using the Adobe Suite and digital production tools. Adaptable and forward-thinking, he brings both artistic vision and precision to every task, supporting the Tunbridge Wells team in delivering projects to the highest standard.
