Joe Slisz, Lifecycle Manager

An accomplished asset management professional, Joe has extensive experience in Lifecycle Management and Facilities Management, specifically within the PFI/PPP industry.

He has operated in various capacities advising a range of Project Company’s, Lenders, and FM Providers, which included both the development and review of lifecycle re-profiles, specialist lifecycle consultancy services to an acute PFI hospital, lifecycle lender reviews, and general lifecycle support to an MSA portfolio.

Joe joined the Resolis team in October 2023 having previously been part of an asset management team for a leading consultancy.
