John Naismith, Associate Director: Operations

Prior to joining Resolis, John was the Operations Director for the Bristol Schools BSF project for Skanska Infrastructure Development. As the SPV Manager, John led the team responsible for overseeing delivery of that MSA contract as well as overseeing significant lifecycle programmes, large scale variations and day to day contract and compliance management, for 4 large Secondary schools and 2 Special Education Needs schools.

John also managed the Bristol LEP Co. and the strategic partnership with Bristol City Council (BCC). Under John’s leadership, the Bristol LEP Co. delivered 65 Design and Build contracts which included, PFI variations, school refurbishments, school extensions, and new build Nursery, Primary, Secondary, Post 16 and SEN Schools.

John joined Resolis in August 2021, he holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University and is a Prince2 practitioner.
