Kathryn Naylor, SPV Manager
Kathryn joined the Resolis team from Albany SPC in February 2022 where she was Assistant General Manager (SPV) for the Leeds LEP PFI Projects.
A highly motivated and enthusiastic PFI sector professional with extensive FM experience, she has a proven track record of delivering high service standards.
As SPV Manager for the St Helens PFI project, she will have responsibility for managing subcontractor performance, monitoring compliance, reporting, commercial matters, and stakeholder relationship management.
In her spare time, Kathryn likes to cook, read and travel.
