Kayleigh Lynch, Technical Coordinator
Kayleigh joined the Resolis team in April 2025, bringing close to 20 years of operational and planning expertise gained across diverse roles in manufacturing and customer service.
Before joining Resolis, she was Sales and Operations Planning Manager at Gate 7 Ltd, where she led internal sales restructuring, implemented new standard operating procedures, and played a key role in improving delivery performance from 75% to 98%.
With a strong background in production planning, customer relationship management, and continuous improvement, Kayleigh’s expertise lies in balancing efficiency with service — whether that’s managing cross-site logistics, training international teams, or resolving complex client requests.
She is known for her pragmatic approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
At Resolis, Kayleigh will support the smooth delivery of our services through operational coordination, planning, and client-focused process improvement.
In her spare time, Kayleigh enjoys reading, walking the dog and spending time with family and friends.
