Laura Carbery, Consultant

Laura is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in financial leadership across complex infrastructure projects.

Before joining the Resolis team, she spent almost 16 years at Infrastructure Managers Limited (IML), where she progressed from Finance Manager to Head of Financial Services, leading a team of nearly 40 and overseeing service delivery for a broad client base.

Her expertise spans all aspects of financial reporting and forecasting, with a proven track record of managing risk, improving process efficiency, and delivering shareholder value.

Laura has worked across sectors, including education, healthcare, and transport, and is known for her ability to influence at a senior level, develop high-performing teams and build strong relationships with clients, funders, and equity partners.

At Resolis, Laura will bring a sharp commercial perspective and a collaborative approach in her role as Consultant.
