Lauren Hyslop, SPV Manager

Lauren joined Resolis in November 2024 as part of our SPV Management team, bringing with her over a decade of experience in PFI contract management, hard FM operations, and stakeholder engagement across complex healthcare infrastructure projects.

Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in delivering contractual compliance, statutory reporting, and performance optimisation. She has experience managing lifecycle planning and variation processes, interpreting payment mechanisms, and supporting operational audits across NHS estates.

Known for her collaborative approach, Lauren builds strong relationships with clients, funders, and FM providers alike.

Before joining Resolis, Lauren held senior operational roles at Equitix Management Services and Vercity, where she led multidisciplinary teams and supported the successful delivery of long-term FM services at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary. Her early career also included key responsibilities during the transition from construction to operations on the same project, giving her a rare end-to-end understanding of PFI delivery.

Lauren holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management and has completed a range of specialist training, including IOSH Managing Safely and CDM Regulations. She is a firm advocate of knowledge sharing and has mentored peers and contributed to cross-project best practice initiatives throughout her career.

In her spare time, Lauren likes to attend CrossFit, practice photography, and spend time with family and friends.
