Leisha Ratcliffe, SPV Manager

Leisha joined the Resolis team in April 2023 from Kier Places (Formally Kier Specialist Services) where she was Operations Manager for PFI North.

Responsible for the service delivery of multiple contracts, before joining us she also took the lead role in the mobilisation of their dedicated PFI Helpdesk.

A confident, versatile and enthusiastic Operations Manager, Leisha holds over 20 years of FM experience in the PFI sector; including contract delivery, health & safety and general management principles and practices.
