Luke Craig, SPV Manager

Luke joined Resolis in November 2025 as SPV Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in PFI asset management, facilities management and contract compliance.

Over the years, he has developed a reputation for building strong stakeholder relationships through delivering on commitments promptly and to a high standard. He specialises in dispute resolution and KPI compliance, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and FM contractors.

In his previous role as Assistant General Manager (SPV) at Vercity Social Infrastructure, Luke managed a complex 800-bed acute hospital contract. He was responsible for financial performance, compliance oversight, lifecycle budgeting up to £3M, and reporting directly to the Board. He chaired multiple committees, including Contract Compliance & Payment Mechanism, Asset Replacement, and Health & Safety, and oversaw asset replacement, defects, and statutory compliance.

Before that, as General Manager at Derwent FM/Living@Gloucestershire, he led the 360-FM contract for a large university campus, managing P&L and lifecycle budgets, subcontractors and in-house teams, and consistently delivering robust results even under pandemic pressures. There, he also served as company lead for Security Management, Safeguarding & GDPR and earned company-wide awards for innovation in 2021 and 2022.

Luke holds a BA (Hons) degree in Music, along with a suite of industry qualifications including IOSH Managing Safely, CDM Regulations training, Legionella, Asbestos, and Fire Safety Awareness. He is committed to upholding the highest standards in facilities and asset management, lifecycle budgeting, compliance and client satisfaction — qualities he now brings to his role at Resolis.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys music production, DIY and playing with his two kittens, Ziggy and Freddie.
