Mark Exworth, Lifecycle Manager

Mark joined Resolis in October 2025 as a Lifecycle Manager within our Asset Management team. He brings over 20 years of experience in facilities management, lifecycle planning, and project delivery across complex, high-profile PFI environments.

Before joining Resolis, Mark was a Lifecycle Manager at BAM FM, overseeing lifecycle strategies for a diverse portfolio including schools, hospitals, police headquarters, and corporate offices. His earlier career includes key roles at Carillion Services and Excel Redstone (now ONNEC), where he managed multi-disciplinary projects ranging in scale, technical complexity, and stakeholder involvement.

Mark is known for his pragmatic approach to asset management—balancing contractual, financial, and operational priorities to deliver long-term value and performance. With hands-on expertise in lifecycle forecasting, condition assessment, and project governance, he plays a key role in supporting the ongoing optimisation of Resolis’ asset management portfolio.

He is currently working towards a Diploma in Asset Management with the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) and holds professional qualifications in PRINCE2 project management and IOSH Managing Safely. In his spare time, Mark enjoys playing rugby for Ampthill RFC and coaching the girls under 14’s team along with spending quality social time with family and friends.
