Mark Lovell, Assistant SPV Manager

Mark Lovell joined the Resolis team in January 2025 as an Assistant SPV Manager, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in healthcare estates and facilities management.

Based in Essex, Mark’s career is marked by deep technical expertise, including an NHS apprenticeship and a range of advanced qualifications such as City & Guilds certifications, HTM-authorised person status for both low and high-voltage systems, and comprehensive management training.

With a strong background in operations management and lifecycle project delivery at leading healthcare facilities including The Royal London Hospital, Mark excels at driving service improvements, compliance, and team leadership.

He is known for his exceptional communication skills, strategic mindset, and ability to cultivate positive relationships with clients, staff, and senior management.

Mark’s proven track record of managing multi-million-pound sub-contractor works and leading large teams, combined with his hands-on experience in asset management, compliance, and health and safety, makes him an invaluable addition to the Resolis team.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys watching various sports and participates in five aside football at a limited pace and has rekindled his passion for golf.
