Martin Ferguson, SPV Manager

With a career that began as an electrical apprentice, Martin has steadily built a reputation for delivering high-performance FM services across complex environments, including NHS hospitals and multi-tiered PFI contracts.

He has held senior leadership roles across major FM providers, including Amey and Interserve, most recently serving as Director of Operations at Amey PE, overseeing a £235 million UK-wide portfolio.

Martin is known for his client-focused approach, strong technical knowledge, and hands-on leadership style. His expertise spans contract management, strategic operations, and compliance across critical infrastructure environments.

Martin holds a Foundation Degree in Building Services & Renewable Energy and is a JIB Approved Electrician, with additional accreditations in health and safety and technical authorisations.

At Resolis, he plays a key role in supporting operational excellence and stakeholder engagement across our SPV portfolio.

In his spare time, Martin likes to go to the gym, play golf and spend quality time with his family.
