Michelle Barron, Associate Director: Operations

Michelle joined Resolis as an Associate Director of Operations in August 2024, bringing substantial leadership experience across the PFI/PPP sector.

She has built a reputation for operational excellence and strategic delivery, having led complex, high-value contracts in sectors ranging from healthcare and education to infrastructure and public services. Michelle is known for her ability to drive performance, lead with clarity, and deliver results in even the most challenging environments.

Before joining the Resolis team, Michelle held senior roles at Vercity, including Regional Director and Senior General Manager, where she oversaw award-winning projects recognised by IWFM and the Partnership Awards.

She is highly respected for her ability to manage stakeholder relationships at board level, coach and empower teams, and lead through both growth and challenge, including the successful delivery of distressed and high-profile operational projects.

Michelle is passionate about building cohesive, collaborative teams and aligning service delivery with strategic outcomes. Her leadership style combines deep sector knowledge with a focus on people, performance, and purpose—making her a key part of our ongoing growth and operational excellence.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and has a passion for flower arranging.
