Michelle Harrold, Assistant SPV Manager

Michelle joined Resolis in February 2023 from Mitie, where she was Contract Manager for Telford Schools.

With overall responsibility for contract compliance to standards across both hard and soft services, Michelle has significant contract experience in the PPP and PFI sectors.

Her in-depth knowledge of the industry and proven track record of change management, demonstrated across a number of areas, will add a wealth of experience to our SPV team.
