Nicky joined the Resolis team in August 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from the Pinnacle Group, where they successfully delivered Total Facilities Management (TFM) services across seven schools.

As an innovative and commercially astute Senior Manager, Nicky excels at building strong relationships at all levels — whether with internal stakeholders, external partners, or clients.

With a results-driven approach, Nicky has successfully managed both in-house and client-facing projects.

A seasoned operations and commercial professional, Nicky has a proven track record of overseeing all aspects of operations and finances across multi-site property portfolios in both the private and public sectors.

Specialising in cost-effective and compliant property management, Nicky has extensive experience in the Student Accommodation sector and PFI Schools.

Outside of work, Nicky enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Rugby and travelling.
