Paul Hepburn, Commercial Director

Paul is a highly experienced Commercial Director with a long history of delivering focussed commercial stewardship, accurate financial oversight, successful business development and leadership to projects. He has worked with both public and private sector organisations in the UK and internationally across multiple markets and sectors.

As a Board level business leader, Paul has the ability to develop strong professional relationships and to establish and lead high performing multi-disciplinary teams. Paul’s experience ranges from strategy development to bidding and delivering complex transactions and infrastructure projects. He has worked in markets that include PFI, construction and facilities management and frontline Government Services, and in sectors that include defence, health, justice, education and welfare.

Prior to joining Resolis, Paul was working as a commercial consultant advising a government services business on commercial matters as it mobilises a £360m contract for the Department of Work & Pensions. Paul has also worked extensively in the Middle East, overseeing the delivery of a variety of commercial, finance and business development functions with Interserve.

He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
