Phil Duggleby, SPV Manager

Phil joined the Resolis team in February 2025, bringing extensive experience from his role as SPV General Manager at Vercity Group, where he managed an acute Healthcare PFI contract.

With nearly 20 years in Facilities Management, Phillip has a strong track record of leading PFI contracts, ensuring compliance, and fostering effective collaboration with boards and funders.

He is adept at overseeing the delivery of contractual obligations, including the Management Services Agreement (MSA), Project Agreement (PA), and related documents.

His expertise in strategic contract management and stakeholder engagement will make him a valuable asset to the Resolis team.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys competitive cycling, going to gigs and spending quality time with his 4 children.
