Rachel Turnbull, Managing Director

Rachel has over 20 years of financial and operational experience, serving on the main boards of companies. 

Prior to joining Resolis, she led on healthcare asset commercial investment issues on behalf of Semperian PPP Capital Partners, was CFO at GBB (Challenger Bank start-up), worked for Infrared Capital Partners, where she was a Director and sat on over 30 high profile investment project boards leading on returns and delivery roadmaps. 

Other roles included Chief Executive and before that, Chief Financial Officer of the largest PPP infrastructure project in the North of England. 

Rachel has also worked in a variety of senior finance roles in public and private sector organisations including; social housing landlord Home Group, building services firm Mowlem, manufacturer ABB and Royal Mail. 

Rachel is educated and experienced to a high level in finance, business and company leadership. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Finance from Northumbria University, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a Fellow Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors and is a registered PRINCE2 project practitioner.
