Rachel Turnbull, Managing Director

Rachel is Managing Director of Resolis and has been part of the business since its inception in 2021. She oversees the delivery of operational asset management services via managed service agreements across Dalmore’s portfolio, bringing over 20 years of infrastructure experience and deep sector expertise.

Prior to joining Resolis, Rachel held roles at Semperian PPP Capital Partners, focusing on healthcare assets, and at InfraRed Capital Partners, where she was a director and sat on the boards of several high-profile investment projects. Her experience also includes both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer positions on one of the largest PPP infrastructure projects in the North of England, as well as serving as CFO of a challenger bank start-up.

Alongside her executive career, Rachel has served on boards as a non-executive director, including boards within regulated sectors. She is currently a non-executive director of a social housing group.

Rachel holds a degree in Business Studies, specialising in Finance and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
