Ryan Connor, SPV Manager

Ryan joined this Resolis team in 2022 from Graham Asset Management, where he was Facilities Manager across a large portfolio of sites.

With responsibility for monitoring expenditure against existing contract budgets and reviewing WIP & cost accruals, he has a comprehensive knowledge of the PPP & PFI environment, specifically across the education sector.

Ryan also brings a wealth of Health & Safety experience with training certification in NEBOSH and IOSH TFM.
