Sam Love, Head of Internal Audit

Sam has over 17 years of experience in PFI, commencing in Facilities Management before moving into SPV management.

Prior to joining Resolis, Sam was an SPC Manager at Semperian managing 35 education sites across two large Education projects in Scotland and one Healthcare Project in Newcastle.

Sam has overseen the delivery of multi-million-pound major variations, large lifecycle programmes, handback preparation and day-to-day contract and compliance management.  Sam’s strengths include enhancing contract compliance via auditing and monitoring while maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders to ensure successful project performance.

Sam began her career at Semperian as an Assistant SPC Manager, working across three Education projects, totalling 26 sites.

Sam began her PFI career with Amey, undertaking a variety of roles, and gaining experience in Admin, Helpdesk Management, Commercial/Pay Mech, Contract Management and Operations. Sam later worked as an Operations Manager on two large multi-site PFI Education Projects, with line management responsibility for over 100 FM staff.
