Sarah McMahon, Project Manager

Sarah is a dedicated and professional Project Manager with over 20 years of experience successfully delivering a wide range of projects. She joined the Resolis team in June 2025, bringing with her valuable expertise from the past five years working on the Newcastle Hospitals PFI contract at Mitie.

Known for her highly organised and meticulous approach, Sarah has consistently delivered excellent results. Her experience includes overseeing the development and delivery of numerous variation and lifecycle (LC) projects, collaborating closely with the NHS Trust, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), professional consultants, and FM colleagues.

A skilled problem-solver and critical thinker, Sarah excels at overcoming obstacles and driving projects forward. With a proven track record in planning and executing projects within high-pressure environments, she is adept at controlling costs, compiling budgets and tenders, and calculating LC and maintenance costs.

Sarah recently obtained a Certificate in Construction Project Management from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Site Management Safety Scheme from the Construction Industry Training Board.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time in the outdoors, off-road biking and swimming.
