Sean Ashfield, Project Manager

Sean is a highly motivated and diligent PFI Facilities Manager, focused on troubleshooting and driving excellence on single and multi-site operations.

He has excellent interpersonal skills and extensive experience and knowledge of health and safety, compliance, report writing, data analysis and CAFM skills.

He joined the Resolis team at the end of 2023 from B38 Group/Bellrock, where he was a Project Manager responsible for internal audit across 100+ healthcare, education, commercial and office sites.

Sean has also been responsible for running the FM operations at a regional cancer centre, this included holding a position of responsibility with respect to fire; being appointed as the Responsible Person (RP) for water as well as the Authorised Person (AP) for lifts and confined spaces.
